Dates of Membership: Q4 2004 ~ Q3 2005 How They Left APCW : Involuntary Resignation Status With APCW : Delinquent Outstanding Balance : $480 Late Fees: $270 Eligible for Reinstatement : Balance + Fees + Deposit Slotland joined APCW in 2004 and stayed for less than a year as a Silver Member. Our contact with them was Hannah, who (in 2005) simply stopped paying dues and answering emails. We attempted to contact her via email several times. We tried the Private Message at the Casino Affiliate Programs board. We even emailed her boss Martin ([e-mail]) who wrote back and stated he passed our email to Hannah. She never replied. Slotlad has been IN-voluntarily resigned from APCW and IS NOT in good standing with us financially or ethically. It seems that a simple email is beyond Hannah's means, and we view this as very unprofessional. ================================= Update: We spoke to Hannah at a convention in 2006. She claimed that she had never received emails from us detailing that she owed membership dues or any outstanding balance. She went on to claim that our actions (of removing Slotland from our membership) were not a professional way of handling the situation. The only alternative we can think of is that we should have driven to the Slotland offices from North America and demanded payment, but somehow I think that, too, would have been viewed as "unprofessional" even if it were logistically possible. It is interesting to note, however, that Hannah expressed no interest whatsoever in clearing up Slotlands debt (even though she knew they had been members) or clearing Slotlands name. To date, no one from Slotland has ever expressed any additional interest in correcting our relationship.
