Casino Coins joined the APCW is the spring of 2004 as was a faithful member for many years when Connie Burstin was the affiliate manager. Upon her departure, Casino Coins maintained membership with managers Megan Bailey and Jarred Palmer until January of 2007.
After becoming seriously delinquent in dues payments, I was informed by a gentleman named "John" that he would pay for Casino Coins current membership for First Quarter 2007, but that the future of Casino Coins and the APCW was being reconsidered in light of all the economic setbacks which came with the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act.
We made several email and telephone contact attempts, some of which were answered and some not. At this time, Casino Coins has not made any payment for their outstanding balance, nor have they contacted us about their membership.
We consider their account to be involuntary resigned and all monies due for First Quarter 2007.

UPDATE:Feb 2008 ~ Over a year has now passed since "John" promised payment. It's still never come. We are also owed affiliate commissions and are attempting to collect those at this time.
