Casino Pays Membership History

Dates of Membership 1 : Q4 2003 ~ Q1 2004 Dates of Membership 2 : Q4 2004 ~ Q3 2005 How They Left APCW : Involuntary Resignation Status With APCW : Delinquent Outstanding Balance : $900 Late Fees: $225 Eligible for Reinstatement : NO I try to be very professional in these forums, but Casino Pays could make the pope cuss. This program joined APCW in November of 2003, but decided they didin't really want to pay to be members and were resigned in early 2004. They were allowed to join again in November of 2004 under the direction of a new manager named "Orit Coty". Soon after, the delinquent payments and excuses began: Their first excuse centered around the construction of our forum, which I explained had really no bearing on stats tracking... but that's ok, don't pay. Then they had the excuse that the Performance Reporting Tool was not in place, which I explained had really no bearing on stats tracking because we collected data via email... but that's ok, don't pay. Then, once the forum and Performance Tools were in place, they just ignored my emails about their delinquent account... that's ok, don't pay. Lastly, in the most pathetic move I've seen to date, they flat denied they ever joined APCW... ... that's NOT ok. Here's their application for admission to APCW:

< At this time, I am enforcing all past due amounts that I would have forgiven for this program. I refuse to be pushed around by liars and theives. Casino Pays will not be a member of APCW until they settle their past due amounts, all late fees associated with them, and pre-pay for all services. I advise all members to use extreme caution when dealing with Casino Pays.
