One such player contacted APCW to petition Virtual Casino or their behalf. After several days of emails and a lengthy phone conversation, Virtual Casino did honor the cash out to the player in the amount of $1,000. The player confirmed receipt of a check via UPS four days after Virtual Casino stated they sent the payment.
