Dear APCW Members,
It was brought to our attention that players were having issues receiving cashed out monies to their accounts at Virtual Casino. One such player contacted APCW to petition Virtual Casino or their behalf.
After several days of emails and a lengthy phone conversation, Virtual Casino did honor the cash out to the player in the amount of $1,000. The player confirmed receipt of a check via UPS four days after Virtual Casino stated they sent the payment.
The APCW regards this issue as resolved.

good job we as players trust that the online casinos honor there rules and pay out when a player wins . We are lucky to have JTodd helping players out when casinos dont want to pay out .. GOOD JOB JTodd..
