One such player contacted APCW to help resolve their cash out issue. After several emails and phone attempts without success, Venice Nights Casino contacted the player and asked them to tell APCW to stop investigating. They paid the player approximately $800, which was below the original cash out amount. The player felt it best to take the money and call it a learning experience.
