Dear APCW Members,
It was brought to our attention by a player that they claim to have won a jackpot for approximately $20,000. This player had contacted APCW to petition Money Casino or their behalf.
After several phone conversation with Casino Manager Johan, Money Casino stated they could not honor the winnings due to fraudulent activity on the part of the player.
There is absolutely no way for the APCW to verify the player's story or the casino's story with any degree of certainty. Due to the fact that Money Casino has had no previous history of non-payment, the APCW has no choice but to close this issue.

Player violated casino rules by using a bot to play blackjack. They stated that their investigation revealed this bot was programed to use the Martingale and Pirelli Blackjack Systems.

You may very well be correct, but if they put the rule in the Terms and Conditions, what are we supposed to do? If a player chooses to deposit and play, it's their responsibility to abide by the T&C's. If they don't want to abide by them, God knows there are hundreds of other sites to chose from.
I am 100% on the side of players and webmasters who get shafted, but they aren't helping their cause or our efforts to recover their funds if they didn't play by the rules. How can I negotiate that? Where's my leverage? =0)

Who cares if a player is using a bot or not? These casinos are supposed to be RANDOM so a bot would not help.
We posted in the other thread that we will review your attachments to see if we can find any evidence that Money Casino is not being honest with us about your money.
jt did they say that i used a bot to play the blackjack??? thats crazy i have no idea how to even do that i started winning with slots i have emails and screen shots of all this of there different excuses on why they arent paying me

Who cares if a player is using a bot or not? These casinos are supposed to be RANDOM so a bot would not help.
All that is is a simple double your losing bet "strategy" that usually ends up bankrupting the player ... hardly a dirty trick to break the bank !!!
