Books for web-masters

Made a few coins this month and looking to start trying to get better at being a web-master. What I've learned has been through forums and by way of trail and error. Thought it was bout time for an ol'boy to start pounding some books. I just ordered SEO for Dummies...figured that one should be right up my ally . Any other suggestions for books that are good for the beginner to intermediate web-master ? Appreciated in advance folk.

    Never been to one of the conferences , maybe one day I'll be able to attend one. I bet there's a lot to be learned from them.
