Prism Casino Dispute

Joined Prism Casino and deposited with Credit card. Received a bonus and redeemed. My wife and I were playing on the 27/08/08 and won $3,000.00 on a Realm of Riches poker machine since then they requested our details which from then the 27/08/08 till now have sent six times. with the response we will contact you in one business day. After not receiving any acknowlegement of our win we contacted central disputes which are listed on their website. They said that the casino has not received our details for the sixth time we sent them to the manager with no response. They gave us their toll free fax number but the fax number does not work with their international code. Showed Australia Post their address and said it does not exist. The Australia Post rang them and was hung up twice by Prism casino. Everytime we request our money they keep saying they have not received our documents. Contacted the casino again and said they should have no problem with our computer viewing our documents. With no response I am relying on Central disputes. Could anybody tell me what else I can do to retrieve my money. When they keep saying that they have not received them. When I cannot fax them because the international fax number they gave me does not work and their address is not a valid one. Have tried to ring and they just hang up. Waiting on Central Disputes which I got off their website and not to sure whether their connected with the casino. They say their connected with Rtg Real time gaming but no response to my second complaint yet. Also have documents from their website showing our win but they just will not pay us

    Thankyou for your concern. The more I read the more I am informed about not only this casino but others. It is a lesson well learnt. I know now if I am going to play with a casino. Rule no. 1 make sure
    that they are approved by ecogra or reputable. Rule 2 always print out bonus coupons the latest thing with this casino is that I cashed in on a 20X playthrough and they are saying its 30X rule 3 check out how and where they are rule 4 make sure you have printed documentation of every deposit. I did not expect anything like my wife and I have been through and the total lack of consideration on their behalf of not only myself but other people that I have read about who have been treated very badly by this casino.     Thankyou so much for your concern. Having a hard time at the moment and all this business with this casino is not making things easier. My wife is not well and two months ago I broke my leg and had a rod put through the bone. So we were both so excited when we won the money thinking we would be able to claim it but as life teaches us sometimes its just not that simple. At least I am not alone. Apparently, this particular casino has a very bad reputation wish I had known that before I got involved with them Thanking you once again Gary.

  • Thankyou for your input and advice. The latest after contacting central disputes which is Real Time Gaming and the Prism Casino again is that now they have my documents but are disputing the bonus amount. I deposited $30 and claimed on a 500% bonus and a playthrough of 20X which means that you playthrough the amount of the deposit plus the bonus. They are now claiming that the playthrough was 30X so without a printout of the bonus I don't think I will be able to claim. On their site under their rules the playthrough on a 200% bonus and more is 20X on slots and keno only which is the bonus I claimed on. Have gone back to central disputes and told them but I dont think I will be seeing any money soon. Anyway it is a lesson to be learned that when you go to a casino you have to check them out make sure you have a printout of the bonus claimed and check their payouts and whether they are a rogue casino. The more I have investigated this casino the more shocked I am. One woman was asked to send them her credit card because they could not see the back of the credit card. Anyone knows you dont give your credit card to anyone or the cvc number. Will type in any new findings Thanking you for your help. Gary
