All Skin owners please read...

I sure feel sickened as I have watched an EVER LEAF gaming skin owner go through hell and back to get his site up and running only for the owners to sabotage him every step of the way. I always felt in my heart there were scam motives on the ELG owners part. I would love some feed back on this issue because I am sure that other "Skin Owners" are out there that face or are facing the same issues where Ever Leaf Gaming is concerned.

Allow me to explain just a few of the details..

Ever Leaf Gaming offers up poker rooms to people on their network. You can sign up for one and get one going with no up front money. (To me this is already a big red flag.) This is what the person I know did. I watched and helped him every step of the way however. He poured his whole heart to get this site going and it began growing fast. It almost felt like to me the better he did the more curve balls the owners threw out there such as no certificate in place after he had spent mega money to promote. The landing page had many visits but no down loads which was not a normal thing. So he questioned about the certificate once again and was assured it was in place.

Still a few months would pass before I was told by several members of my own forum that a warning would pop up not to download that there was no certificate in place and relayed this info back to him,so again he asked that this be sorted and once again they said it was. This went on for several months and he lost many many people simply because of this. He had access to see how many landed on his home page and knew first hand how many actually downloaded the site and how many didnt. The numbers made no sense at all.Can you stop and think for a moment how disheartening this was for the skin owner.

After this there was the actual deposit issues. Some people even were told that they could'nt deposit $5000.00 in one lump sum for their rake back that they would have to do it in several deposits..

Others could use a card one day and deposit and try again another day with the same card and it was rejected. Others never could deposit at all with the same sort of card my forum members were using. "This is my own thinking" but to me it felt like it was being regulated as to how many could deposit, it simply makes no other sense to me.

I had first hand info as I became an affalite to this site and also own a forum where alot of my members and close friends went through these negitive procedures over and over again. It felt as though they chased the big spenders away with any excuse they could think of and their emails to these would be depositors were less then professional.Of course the bigger depositor would get the hump and leave.

Now after months of frustration waiting for Ever Leaf Gaming to get their heads out they tell the Skin Owner that his bill is past due and he must pay. How could he have ever paid this with all the issues the ELG network had going against that poker site and at him?Recently the actual owner wrote him and compaired the ELG network to a Mc Donalds senrio if you can beleave that.

This skin owner in question tried on many occasions to get a hold of  the ELG owner and only once was granted a meeting which was only a put off basically. There are many many other proofs and flaws all recorded and kept by the skin owner in question that show disregard to the skin owners success and inappropraite conduct by all workers with ELG not only toward him but also the paying members. There were deposit issues, cashout issues, certificate issues and the list goes on and on. The skin owner asked that he only get a fair shot once everything was in working order by ELG itself and his response back from the owner was very rude at best seemed  threatening.

I would love any feed back from other skin owners who face the same problem or from anyone who has any other sort of feed back. This really needs to be looked into and shouldnt be allowed to go on.

One thing I can not stand is for human beings to be treated like this in the name of some scam and money. It is just not right and I for one am well upset about it. I would love to know the true reason why ELG so easily gives people a skin with no money upfront. What is the payout for ELG? What is the scam is more like it. We all know nothing is given for free such as this.I think it is a shame to give your average person with a dream this kind of treatment. It is unfair and should never be tolerated.

I ask any and all the people that signed up for the ELG site in question through me to pull out these people do not deserve our buiness what so ever I will take the loss but atleast il have INTEGRITY.

  • Here we go with the rude insults again. Real professional Peter ( if thats what your name is )
People have a right to speak their minds and you should be too busy to bother responding thus wasting your own time.
Best of luck elg skin owner.
    Enough said.

"ELG skin owner", I don't know who you are, why you claim to be a skin owner, what's your motive and whom do you work for, but ELG skin owners have many venues to air their complaints and get them resolved within the ELG. I never heard from you. If you are real and so unhappy with ELG, why don't you just leave? I guess, because no other network is willing to work with small licensees like you (if you are real that is) and give you a chance to grow. So, instead of wasting your and others' time here, why don't you put your energy into growing your skin, if you are real, that is...

i am an ELG skin owner and frankly , i have seen many mistakes and unfairness for skin owners . I had a freind who is also a skin onwer , they used hes website name all over the network as the cash and money processor for all the network and when he asked them about it , they removed it and claimed it was only a mistake . Isnt this an EXTREEMLY CRITICAL MISTAKE , the owner has the right to know every single detail about it . IN FACT the sentence that was put surely passed over more than one staff , HOW and WHY such a thing took place. Something is wrong there.

Everleaf Gaming Network and Universal Poker Network (UPN) have combined forces to form a larger network that will attempt to attract more players to their system. The new network, yet unnamed, was officially formed on January 19 and will also be adding Victory Poker to the system on February 1, according to Victory Poker officials.

  • ELG is alive, and Victory poker is on their network.
  • That's the first I've heard of this. As far as I know they're alive and kicking. If I'm not mistaken Victory Poker just went live recently under the network.

Isnt ELG no more? Didnt they merge with another network?
  • Isnt ELG no more? Didnt they merge with another network?
  • So I suppose the question is to ELG then...

Is there anything you guys are willing to do to pacify your client? And if NOT, would you consider canceling the contract? It doesn't seem like a profitable relationship at this point, so in my very humble opinion it may make the most business sense to either try to make things right, or just let it go.
  • Hi Vin that is exactly why and the only reason why I have made a post at all. If there had been a warning otherwise my husband may have never became involved in the first place with ELG. There simply were none that said anything negitive after his research on it.I mean no malice as I have said before. It is only a heads up for people in the future and this is not to say that everyone will have the same problems and be treated as he was and is "still" being treated.
Todd you asked is there any way for the two parties to work this out. My husbands last letter trying to do so as of yet has NOT received an answer like all his letters trying to work something fair out with them. It has been a few weeks now and he is still waiting to hear back.I can asure you he has never been anything but polite and thorough even as frustrating as the whole thing has been.
Todd I was going to post something but choose to send it to your pm instead .My husband is bound by contract however I am free to do as I will I am bound by no contract what so ever.
Really I have done what I set out to do I set a few post in place, a simple heads up. I am hoping that it stops some of what goes on with the ELG team and mostly sends a fair warning to others, thats it. I am not out to shut ELG down or anything at all like that.
    Regards
