Webmaster Stats: Tracked Correctly. ------------------------------------------ Overall Experience: We downloaded and registered without issue. Attempted to use two different VISA cards without success. Used NETeller and deposit was accepted without delay. Played Golden Tiger Poker and had a good time. Player activity was friendly and chat was polite and upbeat. Upon losing all $100 deposited we immediately received our $30 bonus. Overall a great gaming experience. One interesting note was that it took several days for the webmaster stats to show up as making a profit... although the player activity information showed up that night. When questioned about the webmaster payment information, Casino Rewards informed us that the account had been locked because the fraud department noticed the name on the credit cards we used was different than the name we used to open our account. It took a few hours to lock the account, which is why we were still able to use NETeller and play. The webmasters payment was then withheld pending account review in case of fraud. In poker rooms, if fraud occurs, the casino is at a greater loss because the money has usually been paid out to other players and in therefore not recoverable. This is a very reasonable and logical explanation to us. We see no issues with this audit.
