Recently I deposited at this RTG Casino for the first time using my credit card. I then claimed a 50 dollar free chip that was offered to me when I didn't win anything from my deposit. I got extremely lucky and hit 8 out of 10 numbers on Keno twice that evening. I had completely gone through the 50x playthrough requirement and my account showed my funds as "withdrawable", for over $2300. I decided to make a withdrawal request for $1000.00, and see what happened. I continued playing on the rest of the money waiting on a response. Two days later, I log into my account to find that my balance is zero. I checked the "account history" and saw that they had denied my withdrawal request and taken the remainder of funds out of the account. I have felt sick to my stomach ever since. No one in support gave me an explanation that was true, saying that i had used two free chips, and not the one. I am pretty upset about the whole thing, but I should have researched them better I guess.

I don't know how long you've been playing online, but any casino associated with The Virtual Casino Group should be looked at with a huge amount of skepticism and most likely avoid like the black plague. Any type of customer service negotiations with them have proven unproductive over the years, and they have repeatedly demonstrated that their true motivations lie with profit and not running a respectable brand.

So sorry you had to experience this first hand.

NEVER EVER EVER DEPOSIT TO ANOTHER VIRTUAL CASINO GROUP... THIS INCLUDES ANY SITE
ASSOCIATED WITH THE GAMBLING WAGES PROGRAM.
