I have a issue with a pokersite on the merge network, they are all ran by same support. i was issued some free satelite tickets at reefer poker.. What a nightmare.. I ended up getting a couple $60 satelite coupons after they gave me several 2.20 satelite tickets. So i see that they have some WSOP qualifers running, that use those $60 tickets, they also had a $10 one running as well i seen after i played the $60 sat. So i played the $60 Which is labeled a "Turbo" but in reality it is 12 minute blinds, really not a turbo anywhere.. So its labeled wrong.. The event pays a $460 WSOP qualifier to the Winner.. Well the $10 game i see has the same exact details as the $60 game but with 9 minutes blinds and isnt listed as a turbo.. $60 WSOP qualifer (turbo) 12 minute blinds (Rebuys:(5) & 1 Addon) gurantee of $460 WSOP sat. ticket Min. Players to start: 4 $10 WSOP qualifer (non-turbo) 9 minute blinds (Rebuys:(5) & 1 Addon) gurantee of $460 WSOP sat. ticket Min. Players to start: 2 *** Nothing is typed wrong above, the time for the turbo and non turbo is how the tournaments are listed. The min number is players is a joke, either way if its just the min casino is getting screwed, so at least its on the players side, but does that mean it is fair.. the $60 has min. of 4 players that is $60x4= $240 the $10 has min. of 2 players that is $10x2= $20 Both have the Winner Takes All Prize of a $460 WSOP sat. coupon. So what we have is both tournaments being the same exact in terms of Prize Structure, same Rebuys and Addons, The min. number of players Clearly being reversed as well as the Turbo marking of the table. but when i explain to them like this in detail and provide screenshot i get no answers for 2-3 days at a time to get a response that tell me the blind time is clearly stated on the tournament lobby of the that tournament. Which it is but where you first click on the tournament it has a red box with a white "T" which you goto the legend on the side its means its a turbo.. thats how its is labeled on the main tournament lobby page.. They did say they would have there MARKETING DEPARTMENT look into it.. But how the hell is that a marketing problems if it has already affected a player.. So i have requested a refund and silence has occured, Two reason i feel a refund is essential wanted to play a turbo, was labeled a turbo i entered games started relized wasnt a turbo, to late for me to unregister, whoever puts the tournaments up needs to double check, not put it on the player.. What else is funny, this isnt the only mislabling i have seen.. Merge network HAD a Million Dollar Jackpot bonus, but they have announced on the software News page it is been won and is around 285k but they still run the Million Dollar Bad Beat at the tables and in the lobby, If you goto the satelites in the SNG section there, read the descrition to the $10 Sat.. They claim the Ticket won is good for the sunday 10k.. lol there in no sunday 10k there.. Just sloppy and they dont want to admit the mistake they make and own upto them, all it takes is for them to double check..

It is advertised as 12 minute blinds. The game did play with 12 minute blinds. Yes it had a turbo icon but the game played as it was meant to.

There are two different buyins for the same tournament to allow people to buyin for different amounts as come people like to play more experienced players at a larger buyin.

For that to be the official reason to run a $10 and a $60 with same structures same prize and have the $60 with more min players to start, shows that support dont know thier ass from a hole in the ground.. They say more experinace players like to play the $60 because of the better players.. Are you serious.. i have played online poker for about 4 years now.. I never am willing to pay $50 more to play the same game i could of for $10 with same Winner takes all prize.. Are you serious.. This isnt support, this isnt poker This is a damn shame!!!!! And this to be the response from a POKER MANAGER..

That comment is so wrong, for the players that pay to play there.. its a joke.. The others and myself that played the $60 WSOP on merge (reefer) saturday, have been cheated by the network, by several ways.. the blind structure being mislabed as a turbo and the same tournament being $50 diffrence in price... for the same exact prize..

I am disgusted..
