I cashed out last Monday and still haven't got my check, it was via bankdraft express, so I called them and they are not bale to give me the tracking # for my transaction. I need to know what to do or say to them to get some answers. Two days I have been talking to them and I get nowhere. Could you please help me JTodd?

  • There is a lot that can go on behind the scenes with this sort of stuff. It wasn't until many months after we noticed Bodog's payment issues that we learned the Feds has seized $20 million of their cash, so at times like these I tend to be a little less aggressive with a site that has no record of rogue activity.

    I apologize that we have been able to clear this up yet, but it does seem that Joyland is somewhat proactive... that's a good sign. With todays video a huge project and packing for London, I just have too much on my plate and am trying to convince the powers that be to assigne a full-timer to do casino/affiliate program liaison work for us.

    We will get to all player and webmaster issues as quickly as possible. Do you know if Joyland will be in London next week?

  • no I am in canada and i cashed out via bankdraft as I have done before usualy it takes 2 days after it has been approved that was january 16, and since then i have been calling for the tracking # and they cannot provide with that

    It's been my experience that most check payments are takeing about a month to 40 days to reach people. Are you in the US?
