I'm going to reach out to my ONLINE poker pals - PLAYERS that KNOW a lot of rounders and then pray - something happens....I will be running a live event in HAZLETON Pa - ON April 19 - 11am (This will be a DEEP STACK tourney) $50+20 It will be held at our local lodge. Maybe you can get on my blog and make a comment with your e-mail - and we can start to "keep in touch" with such games - Even if we can't make it happen and be in the games - hopefully we can get the WORD out.
I believe in both of your causes and I believe in KARMA. It is every poker player's dream to attend the WSOP and autism is an epidemic right now.
Although my forum is fairly new and tiny in size compared to most others, I do have many real money poker players that have heart. If just half of the poker forums around would jump on the band wagon, your friend would have enough funds to attend the WSOP without any worries.
This is my pledge and I challenge every other forum owner to match it:
#1 I will sponsor at least one member of Bee's Poker Pavilion to play in a $10 Buyin Game at Full Tilt Poker per month
#2 I will play in at least 1 monthly $10 Buyin Game at Full Tilt Poker, more if time permits
#3 I will donate half of any winnings I receive from the $10 Buyin Game at Full Tilt Poker
#4 I will post all $10 Buyin Game dates/times/details at Bee's and encourage all members to join in
